Question 1

Do pink keycaps work with a black keyboard case?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and the contrast can be stunning. Deep, saturated pinks like berry or magenta tones create a dramatic, high-contrast look against black cases. Softer blush or pastel pinks also work if you want something more unexpected and editorial. The key is choosing a shade intentionally: muted pinks soften a black board, while vivid pinks dominate it.

Question 2

Are pink keycaps available in PBT?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At Yuzu, all keycaps are dye-sublimated PBT, which means your pink keycaps won't fade, shine, or lose their color over time. PBT is widely considered the best material for keycaps precisely because it holds color and texture well with daily use.

Question 3

Can I get pink keycaps for a 65% or 75% keyboard?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Yuzu supports all major keyboard sizes including 60%, 65%, 75%, TKL, full-size, Alice, and split layouts. When you customize a pink keycap set through Yuzu, the kit is built for your specific keyboard — so you won't end up with missing keys or wrong sizes.

Question 4

Will pink keycaps show fingerprints or dirt easily?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the shade. Very light, near-white pinks can show smudges more readily, similar to any light-colored keycap. Mid-range and saturated pinks are more forgiving. Because Yuzu uses dye-sublimated PBT, the matte surface texture naturally resists oily fingerprints better than ABS keycaps do.

Question 5

What keyboard case colors pair best with pink keycaps?

Accepted Answer

White and cream cases are the classic pairing for soft or pastel pinks, creating a cohesive, airy aesthetic. Black cases work well with deep berry and magenta tones for a dramatic contrast. Silver or brushed aluminium cases complement almost any pink shade and let the keycaps themselves take center stage.

Question 6

Can I mix pink with other colors in a custom keycap set?

Accepted Answer

Yes — mixing colors is one of Yuzu's core features. You can use pink as your primary base color and pair it with white, cream, or dark modifiers, or go the other way and use pink as an accent against a neutral base. The customization app lets you preview combinations before you order.
