Shipping
All Yuzu orders ship from our production facility in Shandong, China. We ship worldwide using a flat rate, with local carriers handling final delivery in each country.
Carriers
We ship orders via SF Express, Yun Express, or China Post depending on the destination and current logistics conditions. Most orders ship with SF Express. Once your package arrives in your country, a local last-mile carrier takes over for final delivery. Which carrier that is depends on your location. If you need to contact them directly about a missed delivery or address issue, get in touch and we'll point you to the right one.
We don't currently offer express shipping options. If you're working to a tight deadline, contact us at contact@yuzukeycaps.com before placing your order and we'll see what we can do.
⚠️ Countries we don't ship to: We currently do not ship to [A, B, C and D]. If your country is not listed, shipping is available at the flat rate above.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary by country. Most orders arrive within 7 to 9 days of shipping. Some countries receive shipments faster, others slower depending on local infrastructure and customs processing.

Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat rate calculated per order, not per keycap set. Adding multiple sets to one order does not increase the shipping fee.

🇺🇸 US customers: We ship to the United States on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Customs duties and tariffs are covered upfront. You won't pay anything additional when your package arrives.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, tracking updates are published directly to your orders status page. If updates are missing there, use 17track with your tracking number. It covers SF Express, Yun Express, China Post, and most local last-mile carriers, so you get a complete view of where your package is at each stage.
Customs and import fees
Packages ship directly from China, which means they may be subject to customs inspection and import fees depending on your country's regulations. Any such charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
European customers should be aware that customs duties or VAT may apply upon delivery depending on your country. We do not currently use the IOSS system, so VAT is not collected at checkout. That said, we have had reports from multiple customers in countries including France and Spain that their orders arrived without any customs charges. This is not a guarantee as we have no control over customs decisions, but it is worth knowing.
US customers are covered by our DDP shipping arrangement. See the shipping costs section above for details.
Shipping problems
Your order seems stuck. Occasional gaps in tracking updates are normal, especially during customs processing or busy periods like the holidays. If there have been no updates for more than 8 days, contact us at contact@yuzukeycaps.com and we'll file a claim with the carrier.
Your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived. First, check all delivery spots around your address, with anyone who might have brought it in, and with neighbors or building management. Also check your tracking for any delivery photos or notes left by the carrier. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, contact us and we'll file a claim on your behalf.
Your order is confirmed lost. We'll reprint and resend your order. Get in touch and we'll put it back into the production queue.
⚠️ Filing a claim: We need at least 8 days of inactivity on your tracking before we can file a claim with the carrier. If your package has been stuck without updates for that long, contact us at contact@yuzukeycaps.com with your order number.
