These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of yuzukeycaps.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products

2.1 Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Many products sold on the Site are manufactured on demand to your specifications. By placing an order for a custom product, you acknowledge that:

The product will be produced specifically for you based on the design and options selected at checkout.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Colour accuracy: while we make every effort to represent our products accurately, colours displayed on screen may vary from the physical product due to differences in monitor calibration and material properties. Minor colour variations of this nature do not constitute a defect.

2.2 Digital Products

Where the Site offers digital products (such as design files or downloadable content), delivery is made electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, they are non-refundable once delivered, except where they are defective or do not match their description.

2.3 Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

A contract between you and Yuzu Pte Ltd is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site at the time of your order. Prices are exclusive of import duties, customs fees, and local taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit and debit card. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. We do not store your card details.

4.3 Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. You will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times and shipping options are detailed on our Shipping Guide. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon handover to the carrier.

5.1 Import Duties and Taxes

Depending on your country of residence and the order value, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply. Responsibility for these charges varies by destination — please refer to our Shipping Guide for country-specific information. Yuzu Pte Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

6.1 Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order does not match the product description or design as presented on the Site — beyond the inherent limitations of screen-to-print colour rendering — we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

To be eligible, you must:

Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

6.2 Colour Disclaimer

Colours displayed on screen are indicative only. Variations between the on-screen representation and the physical product due to monitor settings, lighting, and material properties are expected and do not constitute a defect or grounds for a refund.

6.3 Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases covered by our quality guarantee (Section 6.1).

6.4 Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, unless defective or materially different from their description.

6.5 EU and UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, for non-custom physical goods. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalised products, or to digital products once download or delivery has begun with your consent. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product designs, images, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of Yuzu Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

When you order a custom product using a design you own or have rights to, you represent that you have all necessary rights to use that design and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You grant Yuzu Pte Ltd a limited licence to use your design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Yuzu Pte Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also refer disputes to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email where possible.
